Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using turfs.bd ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
turfs.bd is a platform that connects players ("Users") with turf owners and sports venue operators ("Merchants"). We facilitate discovery, booking and payment for time-slots at sports venues. turfs.bd is not the operator of any venue listed.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Business accounts for turf owners are subject to manual review and must be approved by turfs.bd before listings become active. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or are used abusively.
4. Bookings and payments
When you book a slot, you enter a direct agreement with the Merchant who operates that venue. turfs.bd processes the booking and, where applicable, the payment on the Merchant's behalf. Prices, deposit requirements and rules of the venue are set by the Merchant and displayed at the time of booking.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility follow the Merchant's policy shown at the time of booking and our Refund Policy. turfs.bd is not liable for Merchant-imposed fees or penalties outside its control.
6. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting unauthorised access, uploading unlawful content, spamming, or interfering with other users. Turf owners must only list venues they are authorised to operate and must honour confirmed bookings.
7. Merchant obligations
Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the condition and safety of their venues, and compliance with applicable laws. turfs.bd may remove listings or suspend Merchant accounts that do not meet these standards.
8. Fees
turfs.bd is free for Users. Merchants are charged a commission per completed booking, as disclosed during onboarding. turfs.bd pays the payment gateway's processing fee on bookings paid online; it is not deducted from the Merchant's payout. We may update fees with prior notice.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is". turfs.bd does not warrant that venues will meet your expectations or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, turfs.bd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, or for disputes between Users and Merchants. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to turfs.bd in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
